Naturescape®/Naturescene® does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise distribute any of your personal information or metadata to any third party companies except as necessary to authorize your credit card payment with our payment gateway provider, or to collect payment in the case of a past-due balance.
By submitting it to Naturescape®/Naturescene®, you agree to allow us use of the following personal information for the purpose of creating and/or maintaining your account:
- Your name
- Your service address
- Your billing address
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Your customer number
Additionally, you agree to allow us the use of your email address to send you information pertaining to your account and our services.
Any changes you would like to make to the information you provide Naturescape®/Naturescene® should be addressed to your local branch office.
We also store metadata relating to your payment, including but not limited to:
- Your IP address
- The type of card you used
- The amount that you paid
Naturescape®/Naturescene® does NOT store your sensitive credit card information, and secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
When you enter your information on our site, it is transmitted securely through the use of encryption protocols, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and/or Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Initiation of service
If you request and/or purchase service(s) from Naturescape®/Naturescene®, you agree to the performance of the service(s) purchased at the property address you specify.
Naturescape®/Naturescene® will not be required to provide acknowledgement of this service agreement beyond a receipt via email for credit card payments (if you request it during the payment process) and/or the confirmation page displayed after a credit card payment is successfully made.
Termination of service
You have the right, at any time, to discontinue service with Naturescape®/Naturescene®.
All sales are final. Any consideration given to a return or credit is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please address all refund inquiries to your local branch office.
